Not a great time but this is the car to use. The only thing I changed is the brake balance. Used ABS at 10 just to see what happened and it didn't seem to slide as much on the turns. No TCS, even if you're a new driver, don't use TCS on dirt. It slows you down in the corners way too much. Stick to the grass when you can and watch the final right turn. It gets tighter as you go so either swing your back out or stick to the inside. Good luck!
